Flower Arrangements showcased here are suggestive. There may be a slight variation in the images of the respective products. Few items like Cycles, Pressure Cooker, T.V, etc. may vary due to the non-availability of same stock. We reserve the right to modify the items/model etc. However, we always ensure same or higher value to our customers.

Respective brand owners are liable for the quality of the product. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of product, you may lodge a complaint on them through us.

On the basis of delivery destination, delivery schedule may differ from Same Day Delivery to delivery within next 1 to 3 working days, excluding the date of order. In case of Holiday delivery may be extend further.

If the ordered Flowers, Sweets, Cakes and other Gift items are not available in the respective city or town, we shall replace them with the best quality Flowers, Sweets, Cakes or other Gift items of equivalent value. In all such cases we do ensure higher value to our customers.

The prices quoted at our website are for FREE shipping within the city limits. Any delivery beyond city limits or villages especially of perishable items may demand extra delivery charge between $1 to $3. If required, we may send you a link to pay this extra delivery charge after the delivery is processed. However, we do not intend to hold or delay your order and assure delivery on required date.

Under certain uncontrollable circumstances, delivery of certain items may not be possible. In such case you always have the right to get 100% refund of your money.

Only claim of 100% refund will be tenable and all such claim is to be lodged within 24 hours of the delivery /non delivery. No other claims of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be entertained.

If we are not able to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. But we shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery.

Depending on the nature of the complaint, Refund or Re-Delivery can be made and any decision in this regard will be taken by the sole authority of the website. To lodge a complaint against the quality of the product that is delivered, the customer/ recipient must provide an image of the product delivered within 48 hours of delivery.

In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ Bandh, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date may be earlier or later.

Orders including Midnight order received after 4 Pm IST shall normally be processed as next day order but we shall try our best to deliver it on the Same Day. A phone call after execution of such urgent order would be appreciated.

If, by any reason, customer wishes to cancel the order, he needs to do it at least 24 hours before the date of shipment or the date of delivery. However in such case 7% of the ordered amount will be deducted towards credit card processing expense. Also, any change in order can be made 1 day prior to date of delivery between 8 am to 8 pm.

At the time of delivery of perishable items such as Flowers, Cakes & Sweets if the recipient is unavailable, we shall assume the order to be delivered. However we always take a prior appointment over phone before delivery.

The site owner reserves full authority to refuse any order unconditionally.

All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of local Court only at Kolkata, India.

Since Gift items like Chocolates, Dry Fruits, Leather Bags, Watches etc are generally dispatched thru courier thus guaranteed time and date of delivery cannot be given.

The selling price of items on our website that are subject to MRP restrictions is after adding up the cost of our services, delivery and online transaction cost. Due to technical restrictions, the breakup of pricing could not be shown separately and are taken to be understood.

We provide guaranty of delivery on the chosen date but do not guarantee delivery on any particular time. Generally we process order for delivery as soon as possible ignoring the specific instruction mentioned by the customer to deliver on or before a particular time. Some Gift items like Leather Bags, Toys, Watches, Apparels etc are essentially delivered through courier and are dispatched from our end On-time. In case of delay in dispatch from our warehouse we do take the responsibility but we do not take responsibility if the delay is from logistic partners end.

The various logos/Trademark backed by product being sold by us on the website belong to respective companies and they are the owner of said Logo/Trademark. Our website showcases Non-Alcoholic Wines (Sparkling Wine) and Champagne.

HyderabadOnlineFlorists.com reserves the right to refuse delivery of any order without assigning any reason whatsoever to the customer. However, in all such cases HyderabadOnlineFlorists.com will refund the amount paid by customer in full.

If there is an error in the recipients address or incomplete information for which the order cannot be delivered, in such cases refund will not be made.

For delivery at Hostel, Hotels & Hospitals address, POD signed at the reception or by security personnel will be a valid proof of delivery. Though we try to get the sign of the actually intended recipient but at these places, due to reasons beyond our control, we cannot assure it. If the delivery boy is stopped at the premise gate of any of these locations we try to get in touch with the recipient. If for any reason the phone goes unanswered we consider it as an attempted delivery.

All Rakhi orders will be delivered prior to the chosen delivery date.

In case after processing or delivery of order the Customer or the Recipient refuses to pay us, we shall take appropriate legal steps to realize the sum due. Octroi charges if any will be paid by the consignee as this may be applicable in the Recipients State.

We despatch all consignments as per your order & we shall not be responsible for any clearance at respective Countries Customs Counter. It has to be done at your end.

In case of international delivery sent through courier, extra custom charges levied by the custom dept of the recipient's country will have to be borne by the customer itself and we shall not be liable for the same.

With the acceptance of our T&C, you also accept to receive all our communication matters, notification, newsletters, promotional matters etc. through various media channels. However, we assure that we do not provide any customer data to any agency outside the group.
